Welcome to Aligned Design Studio LLC These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase and use of our digital Squarespace templates. By purchasing a template or accessing our site, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our site or services.
1. Digital Products
All products sold on this site are digital downloads. No physical products will be shipped. Upon purchase, you will receive access to your Squarespace template and setup instructions via email within two (2) business days.
2. License & Usage
Each template comes with a single-use license. This means:
You may use the purchased template for one (1) Squarespace website only.
You may not reuse, redistribute, resell, or share the template or any of its components in any way, whether for commercial or personal purposes.
For multiple projects or client sites, a separate license must be purchased for each use.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after a purchase has been completed and the template delivered. Please read all product descriptions carefully and contact us with any questions before purchasing.
4. Template Delivery
Templates are delivered within two (2) business days of purchase via the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address is entered correctly.
5. Squarespace Requirements
To use our templates, you must have an active Squarespace account and subscription.
If you’re new to Squarespace, you may be eligible for 3 months free when purchasing a template from us. This offer is valid only for new Squarespace users and subject to Squarespace’s terms.
6. Website Display & Responsiveness
Please note that website layouts, content alignment, and design elements may vary slightly depending on the device, screen size, browser, and user settings. While our templates are designed to be fully responsive across modern devices, minor variations in appearance are normal and not considered a defect.
7. Modifications & Support
Templates are designed to be user-friendly and customizable without coding. A setup guide is included with each purchase. Additional customization, support, or setup services may be offered for an extra fee.
Important: Any updates, upgrades, or new versions of a template released after your purchase are not included with the original purchase. Access to updated templates may require a separate purchase or subscription.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, templates, designs, and instructional materials on this site are the intellectual property of Aligned Design Studio LLC and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages, loss of income, or issues arising from the use of our templates or services. You use the templates at your own risk and are responsible for complying with Squarespace’s terms and conditions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
