Mistake 2: Burying the Contact Information

If someone has to hunt for a way to reach you, most of them simply will not bother. Your contact information and your call to action should be easy to find at every stage of the visitor's journey.

That means a visible button in your navigation. A call to action at the end of every page. Your email or booking link somewhere on the footer. Do not make people work for it.

The goal is to remove every possible barrier between "I'm interested" and "I'm reaching out."

Mistake 3: A Contact Form With Too Many Fields
